Dr. Carmen Lansdowne as the newest member of the SHARE Board of Directors.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cWe are excited to welcome Dr. Lansdowne and the wealth of experience she brings,\u201d said Yulena Wan, SHARE Board Co-Chair and COO\/CFO of the Hamilton Community Foundation. \u201cHer expertise and perspective, along with her demonstrated tenacity in leading organizations through complex challenges, will make her contributions invaluable to the ongoing work of SHARE and the broader responsible investment community.\u201d<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A member of the Heiltsuk First Nation, Dr. Lansdowne is a leader in non-profit, theological and social impact spaces; an Assistant Professor of United Church of Canada Studies at Emmanuel College, Victoria University in the University of Toronto; and an ordained minister in The United Church of Canada (UCC). \u202fShe has served as <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">a trustee on the board of directors for the United Church of Canada pension fund, a board member of the Vancouver Foundation, and f<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">rom 2022-2025 she served as the first Indigenous woman to be elected Moderator of the United Church of Canada.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Carmen is known for her steady, pragmatic and deeply relational leadership style.
